Why are your prices lower?
By cutting out a lot of middlemen in the process and shipping everything directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong, we don’t have to charge you the traditional markups that are prevalent in the art industry. Artists also find their way as they receive more of every sale they make through us. You’re both the better winners!
How does it work?
When you buy an art piece, we contact the artists to make sure it is still available. The artist then packages the wall art and ships it to us for a quality check.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Our artworks come shipped from Hong Kong, so keep in mind they may take a little longer to arrive (4 – 6 weeks), but beautiful and fresh style at a fair price is well worth the wait. For more details, visit our shipping page.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You pay the final price mentioned on the checkout page. Nothing more.
What do I have to do once I bought an art piece on Mao Loves Art?
- Lean back and be happy.
- Celebrate as soon as the art piece arrives.
- Try as many spots in your flat/house as possible searching for the perfect spot for the art piece.
- Celebrate again.
- Let us know that you received the art piece so that we can transfer the money to the artist.
What if the art piece is damaged?
Please get in contact with us as soon as possible but no later than 10 working days after receipt of the damaged art piece via email@example.com. Make sure that you read the return policy here.
What if I don’t like the art piece / differs strongly from the pictures displayed on the website?
